Led the SEO and content function for a SaaS/EdTech startup. Created and implemented semantic content strategy (topic clusters), keyword research, and SEO copy for landing pages, blogs, and e-commerce. Performed regular SEO audits (technical, Core Web Vitals, structured data, migrations, hreflang). Managed backlink strategy, internal linking, and a 3-person content team; collaborated with marketing, product and development. Analyzed performance with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager and Excel; reported to senior management and defined optimization roadmap. Result: improved indexation (+700%), organic traffic growth (from 50 to 15k–30k monthly) within 8 months; annual backlink budget ~60k€; created and deployed best practices and, where appropriate, PBNs.
