Created a cross-department monitoring tool adopted across Caritas Lebanon departments, improving monitoring efficiency by 70%. Ran monthly M&E cycles across 10–15 projects, flagging 15–20 implementation risks for course correction ahead of donor reviews. Produced donor, evaluation, and learning reports supporting accountability and funding renewal from international donors, using SPSS and KOBO Toolbox for quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights.
