Lead design development of new products and technologies for additive manufacturing. Created 3D CAD models and CNC-ready prototypes; managed projects from concept to testing, including the Disruptive Engineering Prototype (FD M Printer) and Mill Enclosure concepts.
Developed solutions for sectors including glass processing, automotive, aerospace, food and mining. Performed project management, budgeting, client liaison and supervision of production work. Projects included protective ceramic coatings, Teflon, Victrex, DLC, and parts fabrication for glass-processing machinery.
Design and engineering support for luxury watch components and prototyping across series (One, One.2, One.3, GMT). Delivered CAD designs and iterative prototypes for high-end timepieces in a remote collaboration setting.
