Member of the Research and Development Team, led the implementation of a new software architecture and development standards across the company. Completed company-led training on design patterns, clean code, clean architecture, and dependency injection before starting project work. Spearheaded the adoption of a new mobile tech stack using Flutter, defining architectural standards and best practices for future mobile projects. Led the integration of external hardware (e.g., thermal printers, barcode scanners) into mobile applications using native SDKs for both iOS and Android. Played a key role in shaping the product strategy for company-wide software initiatives. Followed by the dissolution of the R&D team, transitioned to the New Products Team under the Engineering Department, continuing to contribute to the design and development of innovative company solutions.
