Built a centralized SKU management platform for TikTok Live in-app purchases across 178 markets and Apple/Google/Web channels, designing dynamic SKU pooling/recycling to overcome channel limits. Enabled multiple business lines to launch with zero channel-side complexity, reducing onboarding time by 1+ month per line. Built FX monitoring and pricing by aggregating multi-source exchange rates with threshold-based alerting, reducing repricing turnaround to under 2 hours and preventing tens of millions in potential FX losses. Owned end-to-end monthly revenue reconciliation and settlement: ingested 7–8 heterogeneous data sources via configurable pipelines, automated previously manual reconciliation, reduced monthly settlement workflow to 5 days, and maintained full audit traceability through approval chains.

Designed the scheduling, lifecycle management, and monitoring layers to productize an in-house stream computing engine into a managed orchestration platform. Operated as sole infrastructure supporting 1,000+ real-time jobs across 20+ teams with 99.9% uptime. Implemented cost optimization via workload colocation strategy mixing stream computing and MQ services to leverage complementary CPU/memory profiles, reducing infrastructure cost by 14% while maintaining strict SLA guarantees.

Migrated legacy internal services to native AWS as part of a company-wide modernization effort, reducing deployment time and unifying monitoring across services. Built a serverless invoice cancellation system using AWS Lambda to automate post-shutdown refund processing, eliminating manual intervention.
