I spent 8 years at Red Bull - 7 at Global HQ, then leading paid media for Spain. Red Bull is not a company that runs safe campaigns. Every brief is a chance to do something people actually remember. That shaped how I think about brand work: bold ideas, clear messaging, campaigns that live in culture, not just on a media plan.
I’ve led campaigns from the first brief all the way through agency management, creative direction, media execution and performance analysis. I’ve worked with teams across the globe, managed budgets and delivered campaigns in multiple languages across multiple markets simultaneously, while staying unmistakably one brand. Performance-driven, highly flexible and with a strong team culture - this is where I thrive best. Going the extra mile, not stopping where a briefing would, that’s what motivates me.
At Red Bull Spain I owned the full advertising strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, TV and major platform partnerships including Netflix and Amazon. I managed a €7M+ media budget, led the agency relationships and was directly responsible for campaign performance. I didn’t just brief agencies, I pushed them. I know what great looks like and I know how to get it out of a creative team.
Knowing how assets are executed after production is key to understand its production and to see what a great and performing assets looks like - I bring the perfect mix of both, clear on brand creative direction in combination with understanding media channels and how assets need to work for each.
