MedRecord is a certified personal health environment platform created in compliance with the MedMij framework as a part of healthcare digitalization program in Netherlands. My role was to author a complete UX solution and UI design, as well as branding, for several subdomains and programs under the MedSafe system; personalized careplan system, diabetes control program, tube feeding monitoring etc
