I’m Brendan Tolley, a freelance storyboard artist and concept illustrator based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Since 1996, I’ve built a career crafting visual narratives for TVCs, TV series and feature films, collaborating with clients such as Ford, Toyota, Woolworths, Qantas, Australia Post, Nintendo, Vodafone, McDonald’s, Jaguar, PAL, Milka and WIR Bank. My work combines strong storytelling, character design and cinematic composition to help directors translate ideas into clear, production-ready boards and concepts.
Beyond the screen, I pursue furniture making, writing, leatherwork and ceramics, and I enjoy sharing knowledge through workshops and teaching. My career spans Melbourne, Shanghai and Switzerland, with experience across film, television and commercials, always aiming to deliver bold imagery with practical production sense on every project.
