I’m Brendan Tolley, a Swiss-based freelance storyboard artist and illustrator with a career spanning TVCs, TV series and feature films. Since 1996 I have collaborated with brands and studios to shape visuals from concept to storyboard, bringing narrative to life across advertising, television and film. I value clear communication, collaborative creativity, and hands-on craft in art direction and storytelling.
When I’m not drawing, I explore multi-disciplinary crafts like furniture making, leatherwork and ceramics, and I share my knowledge as a lecturer and educator in Zürich. I’m motivated by bridging craft with storytelling to create authentic, dynamic visuals that resonate with audiences and teams alike.
