Owned end-to-end design for core web product surfaces, translating complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences used by hundreds of users. Partnered with Product Owner and Engineers to define requirements, iterate quickly, and ship pixel-perfect UI. Built and evolved a scalable design system in Figma, improving consistency and reducing design-to-dev handoff time. Conducted usability testing and incorporated qualitative and quantitative feedback into iterative improvements. Advocated for accessibility, performance, and UX best practices across the product roadmap.

Designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for the company’s SaaS and B2B web products. Collaborated with engineers to ensure designs were technically feasible and faithfully implemented. Led design for new features from ideation through launch, balancing user needs with business goals. Maintained and expanded shared component libraries using Figma auto-layout and variants. Created and maintained a design system with other designers.

Created the brand from scratch for the company, maintained and implemented it across the organization. Recruited new designers and supervised their work.
