Collaborated with researchers and software teams to gain direct insights from local merchants.

Designed and implemented the “Get Involved” section on the ONC website to encourage community engagement within 3 weeks. I collaborated with Designers, Researchers, and Marketing team members to create prototypes, conduct usability tests, pitch to the CEO, and fully launch the new feature.
