Hi, I'm Taylor Lozano, a passionate musical playwright and composer who recently received an MFA at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. My primary aim as an artist is to find a means to bring STEM sciences into staged musicals, primarily to instill scientific interest for future generations. While I have spent much of my training doing hands-on work in different mediums like standup comedy, playwriting, and composing, I have also dedicated a large portion of my career to disability services, where I have shared my knowledge with clientele. Beyond being seasoned as a performer and writer, I have also invested time in many other theatrical roles, from sound/lighting designer, to voice over work, to directing. While my goal is to constantly ingratiate myself in new roles to master, I also gain much of my fulfillment from passing along what I have learned to other interested artists.
