Thomas Stein

I’m a well-established videographer and editor based in Hamburg, working on productions across Germany and internationally. I trained as a media designer for image and sound, moved into a leading role in a post-production studio early on, and have been freelancing since finishing school. I’ve been fully self-employed for several years now and work with clients who trust me for consistent, clean and reliable results.

My projects range from solo videography to larger event productions where I manage video teams and keep the workflow running smoothly. Clients appreciate that I’m organised, quick with solutions and easy to communicate with. On set I keep things calm and clear, whether I’m shooting on my own or coordinating a team. In the edit I focus on clean timelines and a workflow that makes reviews simple and fast.

I’m trusted by major agencies in Germany as well as direct clients such as Volkswagen, Prime Video, Audible, Paramount and EDEKA. I’m fully equipped and travel whenever the project requires it.
