Proof reading and evaluating AI generated text, articles and webpages for correct context, grammatical and spelling accuracy, structure and groundedness. Evaluating AI generated speech for text-to-speech accuracy, appropriate style, nuance, tone and fluency.

Providing technical support to Apple customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region who require technical assistance with Apple devices and services. Duties include - troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers via phone and online chat systems, dealing with customer complaints, educating customers about Apple products, referring customers to appropriate departments, all with a strong customer-centered approach. Recording and detailed reporting of customer issues, interactions and resolutions. Contributing to team discussions and sharing resources and information with other team members remotely through video conferencing, live chat and email.
