Umberto Santoro

I move mainly in the world of media and art. I started my career working as a freelance photographer and journalist doing documentary projects focusing on social, environmental, and daily life themes. My passion for blending media and art has pushed me to experiment with contemporary art projects, while also gaining rich experience in traditional media, broadcasting, and publishing.
Besides my hands-on work in television production, agency and studio management, and international news coverage, I’m deeply interested in studying the evolving relationship between humans and media in the digital age. I like integrating my academic research with my artistic practices, bringing a unique perspective to every project I tackle.
