Manage setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audio systems, ensuring seamless event execution while monitoring all audio assets within hotel inventories to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Led teams on concert roof, stage, and production buildouts for touring artists, including Everclear, Justin Moore, and Margo Price, and stage-managed and coordinated audio, lighting, and video production for large-scale fairs. Oversaw event planning and partner and client coordination while managing AV production accounts across the greater Bend area, generating up to $10,000 in weekly revenue. Restructured AV inventory and implemented streamlined load-in/out systems for more efficient concert workflows. Supervised warehouse operations and day-to-day shop staff management to support event production logistics.
