Owning the Claim Categorization initiative: trained an OCR model and applied Named Entity Recognition (NER) to extract and classify fields from incoming insurance claim documents, reducing manual triage time for operations staff. Designing AI-driven automation solutions to remove manual steps from internal workflows; scoping each initiative through direct interviews with business owners before writing a line of code. Translating business requirements into deployable AI solutions in close collaboration with technical teams and end users across Luxembourg. Led Microsoft Copilot rollout training and drove enterprise-wide AI adoption across WEALINS business units.

Delivered the Finance IT Agent end-to-end: production RAG system (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, LangChain) for policy lookup, knowledge retrieval, and finance workflow automation — adopted by 20+ internal users within weeks of launch. Built the DWS Colleague Copilot via Power Automate and Microsoft Graph, automating approval flows, notifications, and data synchronisation across SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Designed ETL pipelines ingesting SharePoint content into Azure Blob Storage via Microsoft Graph API, powering downstream AI knowledge bases. Provisioned and managed cloud AI infrastructure using Terraform IaC and Azure DevOps CI/CD; governed API exposure via Azure API Management and OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID. Benchmarked Mistral and open-source LLMs against Azure OpenAI, presenting cost/quality trade-off analysis directly to product owners; recommendation adopted as the cost-optimisation strategy for two follow-on projects.

Designed and implemented AI and cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience using Azure Open AI, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure. Architected the Finance IT Agent integrating Azure AI Search, RAG, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Functions with SharePoint Framework for a secure and dynamic user interface. Developed the DWS Colleague Copilot Studio Agent using Power Automate and Graph API to improve team productivity. Contributed to Identity and Access Management, workflow automation, cloud optimization, system testing, and technical documentation to support scalable solutions.
