I am Kaya Newton, a US and Turkish dual citizen who has had a diverse upbringing across the Philippines, Switzerland, and now Los Angeles. I moved to LA in 2017 to study business and earned my degree in entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University in 2021. I started teaching myself how to DJ and produce music in 2019 and gradually transitioned into performing at parties and then professional gigs. Currently, I perform in various high-profile clubs across LA and have played internationally. Alongside performing, I have experience running my own music event company where I book both local and international artists. Recently, I began releasing music on Spotify and am further advancing my skills by pursuing a diploma in music production and sound design at Point Blank LA.
