I am Denisa Uherová, a passionate sound recordist and sound designer with comprehensive education and extensive freelance experience in sound recording and postproduction. Having studied music design at Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (HKU) in Utrecht and sound design at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, I combine technical expertise with creative soundscapes. My work spans documentaries, feature films, commercials, podcasts, and art exhibitions, where I bring stories to life through immersive audio. I have worked on a wide variety of projects including feature documentaries about social issues, podcast series for NGOs, and online talkshows, collaborating internationally with directors and studios. Skilled in major DAWs such as Avid Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and Logic Pro, I bring both precision and artistic sensibility to my projects.
