    uniE621 Improving the visibility of recurring outgoing payments
    This project was part of a 4-month mentorship programme with UXTree, focused on identifying and solving a real-world UX problem. I chose the Permanent TSB mobile banking app, where users had no way to view or manage their recurring payments. This was leading to missed charges, overdrafts, and frustration.
