Carrie Frais

Hi, I’m Carrie Frais, an experienced broadcast journalist, event host, and entrepreneur based between Barcelona and London. I have co-founded several ventures including a public speaking platform for teens, a coworking and events space, and companies specializing in PR and communications. My career started in media where I worked as a presenter and reporter for prominent outlets such as BBC, Sky News, and ITN.

Passionate about storytelling and communication, I also produce podcasts and write, sharing insights on leadership and living the dream. I love coordinating events and fostering community through meaningful public speaking engagements and bootcamps.
