Created VB.NET applications for cashiers and accounting departments managing deposits, payment registers, payments, operations, and transactions. Developed reports using Crystal reports, Excel, and basic reporting methods. Created and maintained SQL tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and batch processes executed by scheduled jobs. Utilized SQL Plus for data extraction from Ikaria servers. Improved database management and operational efficiency through automation and reporting.

Led software engineering initiatives for accounting, travel agencies, and real estate applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Managed requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Developed detailed development and test plans. Created reports with Microsoft Reports and Crystal Reports. Implemented database backup and recovery processes using batch files and SQL Server jobs.
