Developed the studio in collaboration with a close associate, overseeing operations from inception to final delivery. Took full responsibility for all stages of the design process, from initial concept presentations to refining and deepening these concepts. Played a key role in the final implementation phase, coordinating communication between construction teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure design integrity and on-time delivery.

Founded and ran an interior design practice under the YMCA brand; led multiple large- and small-scale projects from design direction through successful realization. Applied service design principles to create user-centered, experience-driven spaces across sectors.

Delivered interior design work across studio projects, supporting design development and execution aligned with client and brand needs.
