Worked closely with the founder to craft the company’s strategic roadmap and objectives. Responsible for all company-wide operations and multiple simultaneous TVC projects. Managed nationwide and international TVC shoots in locations such as Turkey, Thailand, South Africa, and Dubai. Supervised production staff and processes both in studio and on location, ensuring the directors’ vision was maintained and enriched with creative ideas. Balanced the wishes of DOPs, Art Directors, and Wardrobe Stylists while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and friendly work environment. Communicated schedules across production and creative teams as well as animation partners. Handled end-to-end recruitment and training, mentoring team members, and constantly identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency, ensuring final delivery before deadlines.

Managed end-to-end tasks for audio, video, photography, and animation projects. Participated in TVC shoots abroad in Thailand and Turkey, liaising between production and post-production teams. Collaborated with producers, directors, and photographers providing creative supervision alongside Executive and Creative Directors. Negotiated costs and ensured client and agency interests were met. Contributed to creative decisions for casting, locations, and wardrobe, enhancing communication and collaboration among stakeholders and driving project success.
