Marketing Coordinator, Deus Ex Machina Europe at Deus Ex Machina

I coordinated communication for the EU market, acting as the main link between Europe and the headquarters in Australia, and working with a project management approach to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and projects. I successfully raised the average newsletter open rate from 20% to 35% and the conversion rate from 0.8% to 1.6%, created consistent communication across all European accounts that previously operated independently, and built a strong relationship with the Australian headquarters to align with company needs and benchmarks. My responsibilities included managing digital outputs such as shoots, videos, and design materials in collaboration with videographers, photographers, and designers—most notably producing short films for events like The Swank Rally di Sardegna, which reached 10,000 views on YouTube. I also managed events from start to finish, including communication strategies, logistics, and on-site execution, primarily organizing motorcycle and bicycle events with 50–100 participants, as well as smaller-scale premieres, press releases, and music events. Additionally, I developed key partnerships with brands such as Yamaha, Breitling, MBE, and Catawiki, and managed the main European Instagram (@deusexmachina.it, 112k followers) and Facebook (Deus Ex Machina Italy, 80k followers) accounts, consistently achieving an organic growth of 5% each year.
