Conducted a self-initiated UX analysis of Marktplaats to gain insight into the Dutch e-commerce landscape, comparing product design patterns and problem-solving approaches with Iranian platforms. Enhanced the ad posting experience by reducing a specific rejection error occurrence by 64%. Implemented a fraud prevention warning system leading to a 60% increase in user reports, 45% improvement in fraud detection, and 70% drop in problematic conversations.

Contributed to the agency’s digital portfolio by designing websites for various clients such as Iran Ro, Kharash, Ajor, Smart Dragon, and Avand. Translated broad conceptual ideas into user-centric products that enhance user experience and generate business value. Worked directly with the founders to shape product vision, define requirements, and align design decisions with business goals in a fast-moving startup environment.

Became a part of the Cert Security Science Lab during tenure as a student at the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, where the lab is situated as a prominent research facility. Conducted iterative research addressing the need for reliable safety metrics and identifying gaps in existing data. Utilized backend knowledge (e.g., PHP–Laravel) to better communicate with developers and understand technical constraints.
