I am a young classical composer from Hamilton, Ontario, currently 23 years old. I began writing music around the age of 12, and by 15 had composed my Sinfonia Fantasia, which was performed by the National Academy Orchestra under Boris Brott when I was 16. Since then, I've collaborated with musicians such as Isabella Perron and have continued my musical studies both academically and independently. Most recently, my work Concerto A5 was performed by the Gallo Chamber Players as part of Early Music Vancouver's Summer Festival in 2025. I continue to work with multiple Vancouver-based musicians, focusing on art songs. The majority of my compositions have been pastiche, spanning from Baroque to early Romantic styles. However, I hold a strong interest in minimalist music inspired by Glass, Adams, and Part, and I am actively developing my own compositional voice. I am also fascinated by the polystylism of Schnittke.
