I ensure the accuracy and reliability of asset and work management data for 3 Waters Services. My responsibilities include validating and transferring data into AMIS and GIS, processing work orders, creating and retiring assets, and maintaining data integrity across IPS, GIS, and EAM. I edit geospatial data (ArcMap/ArcGIS) for water, stormwater, and sewer features, process as-built plans, georeference CAD/PDF drawings, and create assets in IPS and GIS from as-built data. I record water connections and backflow preventers, support CCTV mapping, and produce data files and mapping outputs. I perform quality control by cross-checking photos, sketches, and contextual information against system data, and collaborate with engineers, contractors (CityCare), and internal teams to resolve data gaps.
