Hi, I’m Emily Foest, a dedicated Kinesiology student at Brock University with a passion for sports science, rehabilitation, and student engagement. Combining academic pursuits with hands-on experience, I have supported physiotherapy treatments, led university volleyball camps, and served as a teaching assistant, all while balancing my role as a varsity athlete and academic mentor. I thrive on helping others succeed and applying my knowledge to enhance physical wellness and athletic performance.
