Intern – Quantitative Risk Analyst at BNP Paribas, IFRS 9 Stress Test

Developed predictive models for credit risk cost based on macroeconomic variables including implementation of an automated data quality pipeline and coordination across departments to ensure data lineage. Applied ARIMA/SARIMA models for trend and seasonality analysis and combined them with Gaussian Process Regression to predict banking risk costs, achieving a high performance with R² of 0.93 in backtesting. Utilized Python, SAS, Statsmodels, and SQL technologies extensively.
