I’m Silvia Elisa Bianchini, a socially-oriented spatial designer based in Milan, Italy. With an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from IED – Istituto Europeo di Design and a Master of Arts in Research in Interior Architecture and Design from Piet Zwart Institute, I use design as a storytelling tool that facilitates verbal and material exchanges among all beings. My work amplifies voices and navigates seamlessly between digital and physical spaces, as well as micro and macro scales.
Currently, I teach art and design history at Scuola Cova in Milan, where I continue to develop my role as an educator. I also serve as a thesis assistant for the BA Interior Design program at IED, supporting students throughout their projects and research. Beyond teaching, I engage in design projects that range from exhibitions to workshops that emphasize social and environmental responsibility.
