Led and constructed website bid submission process including landing page, submission form, back-end routing, automated replies, workflows, and quick productization templating. Troubleshot errors and standardized formatting on over 40,000 HubSpot custom objects created up to 5 years prior. Designed a custom Client Experience Portal that incorporated Content Hub webpage designs, a Ticket Center, a custom Knowledge Base, and workflow routing through both Service and Sales Hubs.
