Managed a cross-functional team of frontend and UX engineers; owned recruiting, mentorship, and performance growth. Directed frontend strategy for the Genesis cloud platform, supporting large-scale financial services. Established modern Dev–UX processes and design systems aligning engineering output with product vision. Collaborated with product, architecture, and leadership to define scalable UI patterns and technology direction.

Designed and led development of Augmentera, a generative AI tool for knowledge-based teams powered by intelligent assistants on top of large language models (LLMs). Co-architected a full-stack system using Flutter for UI, Java/Postgres for backend, and integrated multimodal LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Built a responsive, conversational assistant featuring contextual memory, project recall, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Developed a custom news assistant with sourced answers, inline code rendering, and suggested follow-up actions. Implemented real-time Markdown rendering, document search, and GitHub integration.

Led development of a new Rebalance and Order Management Application adopted across investment management firms. Served as Lead UI Engineer for Rules Manager, Advent’s flagship compliance solution. Migrated legacy desktop systems to modern web architectures, improving maintainability and performance. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to modernize and standardize frontend infrastructure.
