I’m Vincent Harney, a senior integration engineer with 22 years of hands-on experience at Ericsson Ireland. My primary role was integration of Ericsson hardware and software products at customer sites (with consistent global travel for onsite visits). I was a 24 hour on call support team member for high impact products (eg. AT&T as a customer handling million+ mobile internet users or 500Gbps). I was also responsible for technical design for customers environments to make sure redundancy, capacity etc were all taken into consideration. I am proficient at script writing using bash, sed and awk and had many opportunity to help customer with repetitive tasks developing many customized scripts for any specific task. I’m currently working on an interactive community website in my spare time using javascript, HTML/CSS , PHP scripts and mySQL databases. I have recently learnt python and taken industry level certificates (PCAP, PCPP-32-101) and would very much appreciate any opportunity to turn my learnings into an active project. I am living in Waterford (Ireland) and am available for any remote positions (or onsite if available in Waterford).
