Extracted protein–protein interactions from biomedical literature using large language models and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. Preprocessed 20 full-text biomedical articles performing sentence segmentation with scispaCy, chunking, and token filtering. Enabled semantic similarity-based retrievals for LLMs and evaluated the extractions against benchmark datasets to ensure data quality and coverage.
