Performed administration for forestry grants including Woodland Creation Planning Grant, Woodland Carbon Fund, and HS2 Woodland Fund. Liaised with applicants, woodland officers, and finance teams to process grants and claims. Participated in the FLO testing team and conducted data analysis.

Worked with Civica as a Services Engineer on the Product Management System (PMS) team for the Rail Delivery Group (RDG). Responsibilities included fixing bugs in Java and JavaScript, managing back-end development using Spring, Hibernate, and Restful APIs, running automated tests using JUnit and Selenide, and managing AWS-hosted infrastructure including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Handled incident investigations, client service requests, MySQL scripting, and operational changes such as AWS WAF configuration updates. Edited Jaspersoft reports and maintained database indexing and application performance. Also served as a Services Engineer for the Crash Service team supporting police authorities with real-time collision data software hosted on Microsoft Azure. Duties included handling SQL Server scripts, reproducing issues on virtual machines, and debugging Java and JavaScript code using IntelliJ and Azure DevOps.

Held multiple roles over fourteen years including structural design, analysis, and assessment for offshore oil & gas and wind projects, as well as bridge engineering. Key projects include Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm OTM skid deck and J-tube designs, Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm remediation, Judy Platform structural analysis, Centrica HRL structural integrity management, Blyth Offshore Demonstrator Platform fatigue and stability analyses, and various UK infrastructure and bridge design projects. Trained and supervised junior engineers and was involved in quality assurance, report writing, and coordination across multiple offices.
