As an integral member of the Center of Excellence (COE) team, I played a key role in fostering digital automation adoption within federal teams. I collaborated with Blue Prism and Abbyy teams to integrate Abbyy technology for complex projects involving extraction from unstructured financial statements. My responsibilities included process analysis, requirement gathering, design, architecture, documentation, development, code review, testing, deployment, and production support. Additionally, I led level 2 support, conducted documentation reviews, championed best practices, and implemented governance frameworks to ensure consistent bot quality.

Developed solution design documents, deployment, and backout plans for RPA projects based on client discussions. Successfully enabled complex bots like the HROL bot and built reusable SAP objects to reduce development efforts. Implemented best practices and quality processes to maintain consistency in bot development and deployment.

Conducted feasibility studies, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital robots for over 25 processes across various industries including banking, healthcare, legal, pharmaceuticals, and HR. Extended Blue Prism Visual Business Objects using C# and VB.NET, integrated OCR tools Abbyy, Google Vision API, and Rossum, and developed operational and process design documents. Collaborated on reusable automation objects and managed robust exception handling for error-free automation.
