Sébastien Guérive

I am Sébastien Guérive, a French composer and sound engineer based in Nantes with a unique blend of classical cello training and expertise in computer-assisted composition and sound engineering. My dual background in acoustic and electronic music allows me to craft immersive and contemplative soundscapes that merge ambient, electronica, and neo-classical influences with advanced sound design techniques.

My artistic vision is to create powerful and sensitive sound experiences that bridge the contemplative and experimental, working not only on personal albums but also composing for theater, contemporary dance, films, and audiovisual installations. I strive to enhance each project’s uniqueness by integrating music and sound with other art forms to engage audiences on emotional and sensory levels.
