Responsible for creating/editing design work based on sales/customer requests. Pre-flighting art files and making recommendations based on art setup, printing method, substrate, budget, etc. Reviewing final production proofs prior to mass production or samples for 100% accuracy, including digital PDFs, physical samples, and ink draw downs. Managing a team of offshore artists. Creating die lines from measurements, product images and/or samples. Creating 3D comps and physical prototypes of packaging upon request. Liaison between vendors and staff regarding art inquiries/production issues. Answering art-related inquiries from sales staff, CSRs and customers. Archiving and managing finalized artwork files on dedicated art servers.

Operate DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers to customize t-shirts and other apparel products with customer-supplied designs. Manage computer files and update project status in order management software. Prioritize order completion based on due date and execute DTG/DTF tasks including printing, machine setup. Inspect final prints to ensure high quality and accuracy.

Responsible for creating and producing all promotional materials for print production such as brochures, sell sheets, mailers, posters, table tents, postcards, signs and decals for all company products. Manage and producing digital website images, digital promotional screens and promotional contest artwork for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, web banners, and mobile).
