Managed concept design, CAD modeling, prototyping, supplier sourcing, and product launch. Applied DFMA principles to ensure manufacturability for CNC and 3D printing, achieving cost efficiencies and first-pass mold success. Coordinated cross-functional teams and suppliers across Europe and Asia to deliver factory-ready products and soft goods from concept to tech packs.

Designed 50+ branded soft goods and accessories for clients including Nikon, JBL, Canon, and Logitech. Delivered production-ready outputs—prototypes, CMF selections, and factory-ready tech packs balancing style with cost and manufacturability. Reviewed samples with the Chinese team, reducing sampling rounds from 3–5 to 1–3, saving time and cost. Supported sales pitches with visuals and sell sheets; balanced creativity with feasibility to deliver market-ready designs.
