Hi, I’m Jandre van Heerden, a sound designer and video editor based in Centurion, South Africa. Over the past seven years I’ve worked on a mix of short and long-form media for broadcast and streaming, collaborating on both international and South African projects. I specialize in dialogue editing, foley, and delivering clean, polished final mixes that meet broadcast standards. Also, I worked for the Smosh YouTube channel!
I partner closely with producers and directors to craft immersive soundscapes, manage post-production workflows, and keep tight deadlines. I’m proficient with Nuendo, Pro Tools, REAPER, iZotope RX, and the Adobe and DaVinci editing suites, and I enjoy taking on diverse roles from sound design to screenwriting and on-set support.
