Led development of a LW C table with parent-child rows using Lightning Tree Grid and implemented search/sort features. Evaluated visibility rule criteria stored as JSON to show/hide questions using Apex & LW C for a Risk Assessment app. Implemented scalable bulk data processing by chaining Queues and Batch Apex for a large Salesforce org (~0.3M users). Enabled decoupled architecture with Salesforce Platform Events. Served as co-lead for Scrum teams, guiding a group of 5 developers and ensuring efficient collaboration within the Scrum framework. Supported a tier-3 AMS client with 1500+ users.

Currently working with a Financial Services client for loan application processing. Achieved a perfect CSAT score of 5/5 for delivering a defect-free release. Worked on request-reply integration pattern using Apex. Implemented Service Cloud features including Email-to-Case, Case Management, and Omnichannel.

Engineered REST API integration for seamless data retrieval from external systems. Organized CodeForce contest for Salesforce Days 2021 and leveraged a self-made Assessment App for conducting the contest using Salesforce Community Sites.
