About
I’m Cardy O’Donnell, a scriptwriter with over 40 broadcast credits. I write scripts to briefs, to a high standard, and to deadlines, and I enjoy collaborating with script editors to address producer notes and shape the script into its best possible version.
My background includes developing concepts and characters for Doctors, working as a storyliner on Coronation Street and Hollyoaks, and contributing to cross-platform content like Just Rosie. I’m proud to have played a part in Corrie’s 50th Anniversary live episodes and Hayley Cropper’s cancer storyline, and to have been part of Hollyoaks’ iconic era under Bryan Kirkwood and Tony Wood.
