George Mayne

I am a professional musician with a British Bachelor (Honours) degree, a Conservatoire Diploma in playing and teaching piano, general music and composition, and Postgraduate Certificates in teaching and playing piano. I perform as a classical concert pianist with an original style and also work as an organist and conductor.

I teach piano, general music and composition across a wide range of ages, drawing on my experience as a composer and concert pianist. I write music for commissions for theatres and musical groups, and have taught in musical colleges and mainstream schools since 1990, while also working as a supply music teacher, accompanist for choirs and ensembles, and performing solo recitals across the UK.
