About

I am Anna Schmid, a Swiss illustrator and author based in Bern. Since 2020 I have worked as a freelance illustrator and author, focusing on analog drawing techniques for picture books and comics, turning personal experiences into colorful visual narratives. Feminist content is close to my heart and I aim to contribute to education and awareness through my drawings.

I love transforming real-life experiences into engaging stories for readers of all ages, using bold colors and approachable storytelling to invite reflection and learning. I collaborate with publishers and communities to support feminist education and inclusive storytelling.
