About
Hi, I’m Ngoc Bao Tram Nguyen, a bilingual Vietnamese–English student with a passion for technology, storytelling, and helping communities. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Information Systems at QUT, alongside a Bachelor of Communication. My experience spans volunteering with Rosies, translating and interpreting for international partners, and delivering customer service in hospitality and retail settings.
I enjoy solving problems with code and creative communication, and I’m building practical skills in Python, HTML5, CSS, and SQL, as well as data analytics and IT project management. I thrive in diverse, fast-paced environments and value empathy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
