I am a highly motivated freelance Producer Editor based in Glasgow. With experience in a variety of genres including Factual Entertainment, Obs Doc and Specialist Factual, I have 7+ years’ experience making and delivering promotional & commercial material for the in-house Creative team of major Public Broadcasters, and 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Editor / Offline Editor.
I have conceptualised, produced, edited and delivered hundreds of promotional campaigns, overseen and organised shoots with and without a budget, cut pre-titles and in-episode packages for BBC commissions as well as having robust experience handling multi-cam syncing. I have worked in Post for over 2 years now and have a robust understanding of the delivery and storage workflows, as well as the ability to trouble-shoot most issues.

Editor Trainee in partnership with the BBC to work on the next series of acclaimed specialist factual series ‘Surgeons: At the Edge of Life’. Over a ten week period, I will learn craft editing and storytelling skills working alongside an experienced senior film editor. I will also cut stand-alone packages that form an essential part of each episode, as an integral part of the Surgeons post-production team. I will be supported by the executive producer, series editor, series director and BBC commissioning editors to understand how a complex, multi-part, multi-camera series is crafted in post-production.
Assistant Editor on S31 & S32 of Antiques Road Trip - I created all the syncmaps, organised all the rushes and cut the Pre-Titles for both series.
