Christian Legere

I’m a Mechanical Engineer in training, pursuing P.Eng licensure with a strong foundation in 3D CAD modeling, manufacturing-focused design, and prototyping. I earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo (2025) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University (2024). I’m proficient in SolidWorks and Inventor for 3D design and 2D drafting (GD&T, BOM), with hands-on experience in mechanical system design, fixture development, and design-for-manufacturability. I enjoy turning ideas into manufacturable products and collaborating with diverse teams across startups and OEMs.

I’ve demonstrated leadership and collaboration across multiple roles, including startup responsibilities and client projects, with CAD modeling, prototype development, and verification testing. I’m actively accumulating 48 months of PEO-qualifying experience toward P.Eng licensure and value clear communication, documentation, and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams.
