Led UX for a variety of digital projects across public and private sectors. Conducted qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, user journeys, card sorting, surveys, heatmaps, usability testing, A/B testing) to guide design decisions. Created user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes; analyzed clarity and Hotjar data to identify improvement areas. Collaborated with PMs, developers, UI designers, UX writers, SEO and accessibility experts to ensure designs were implemented correctly. Applied a metrics-based approach to validate and refine the user experience.

Worked ~3.5 months as a community manager in coliving spaces, organizing activities and supporting multicultural groups. Used the sabbatical period to practice and improve English fluency in daily interactions with digital nomads and remote workers. Traveled across Europe, strengthening adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and user empathy.
