Growing up as the youngest in a five-member family in Slovenia, where my parents run an engineering business, I was introduced to the workshop at an early age. This environment instilled in me values of persistence, precision, and curiosity, while giving me both technical and organizational skills that continue to guide my studies and work. These qualities would allow me to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment and contribute effectively to both workshop- and office-based tasks. My education – from technical high school to my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Maribor and now my Master’s, including an Erasmus semester in Budapest – has been enriched with practical experience. Through internships at I.H.S., Ekten d.o.o., and Kreal Engineering d.o.o., I gained exposure to production processes, structural design, and CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA V5, and Creo. At Kreal, I contributed to product development and layout design projects, which taught me how to combine creativity with engineering accuracy and practical execution. Beyond technical expertise, I strengthened my resilience, teamwork, and communication skills through student jobs and my four-year role as an activist and financial secretary at the Club of Posavje Students.
