Part of the Epicx Network Enablement (ENE) project with the Roche Lexi Integration team, handling customer (medical professionals) and organization data pulled from Reltio MDM to downstream systems including Salesforce Personal. Deployed new releases to keep profiles aligned across APAC and EMEA using an in-house ETL tool, Integrated Data Platform (IDP). Created connection strings, set up SFTP locations for file transfers, and conducted end-to-end testing across orgs and regions. Improved query performance and used Snowflake for data retrieval and monitoring. Worked with Reltio MDM and Salesforce Personal for end-to-end testing and designed region-specific workflows, documenting deployment reports. Also contributed to Data Interface Development for Bayer, executing DIA-driven ETL for semi-structured data via AWS S3 and outbound interfaces, and scheduled automation of pipelines.

Delivered high-quality labeled data following guidelines to meet KPIs. Contributed to 90% qualitative shopping requests for better customer service and led 15+ walkthrough sessions for new hires to onboard them on in-house tools and SOPs.
